ADAMS, TRACY
West Virginia University graduate 2002 Regents Bachelor of Arts iw/emphasis in Crime and Social Control. 12 years experience working with public in service and office settings. 3.5 years experiences as a Child Support Specialist w/WV Bureau of Child Support Enforcement. 100% of Tracy's time is devoted to Social Security disability and SSI cases. During this process, Tracy obtains narratives, capacity reports, and medical records from Health Care Providers to document client disability claims. She obtains these documents timely through persistent follow up with various medical entities. BELL, BROOK
Brook has been with Jan's office for over a year as a scanning specialist and now as a receptionist. Her caring attitude and experience working with the public is an asset to the company. She maintains client files, answers client questions and directs incoming calls to to the appropriate office staff. Brook also works closely with clients to assist them with various forms and questionnaires.

COLLINS, ANGELA
Angela has worked with the public for more than sixteen years. She is the senior support staff in both the Charleston and Logan offices. HINZMAN, SHANNAN
As the Administrative Legal Assistant for Jan Dils' law practice, Shannan Hinzman shares her experience, knowledge and a caring attitude with each and every client. Having previously worked for the Office of Hearings & Appeals of the Social Security Administration, Shannan has thirteen years' experience in the area of Social Security law. She graduated from WVU in 1995 with an Associates degree in business administration and psychology. On a daily basis, Shannon obtains narratives, capacity reports, and medical records from Health Care Providers to document client disability claims. JACKSON, JANIE Janie joined our staff with extensive knowledge in the Social Security field. She previously worked at Legal Aid of WV as a Paralegal carrying a case load and also conducted Administrative Law Hearings. Her experience includes extensive work in attorney offices working up cases, interviewing clients, reviewing medical records and attending SS Hearings.

LAW, REGINA
Regina Law has been an integral part of Jan Dils' practice from the start. Previously with the Wood County Magistrate Court, Regina brings fifteen years experience in the legal field to her position. Proficient in all aspects of Social Security claims, she is currenly in charge of filing all claims and appeals for all of the Jan Dils offices. She also, processes all Social Security Decisions that come into the office and is the expert on how client benefits are calculated. Reginia also fields all client questions and calls about how and when their benefits will be paid. She is a dedicated worker and a great asset to our firm.

Personal Injury Assistant Brian Lindenmuth has been a licensed claims adjuster for six years. Prior to his employment with Jan Dils, Brian served as a claims adjuster for an insurance company, where he specialized in bodily injury cases. This makes Brian a valuable addition to the Jan Dils team for Personal Injury claims. Brian is a 1996 graduate of West Virginia State College with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.
